Provides our client member companies assistance with business development and legal matters, including strategic planning, reimbursement issues, and funding.

Has advised early-stage and emerging growth businesses as an investment banker, outside general counsel and business/investment counsel, and institutional venture capital investor with an emphasis on the financial, technology and life sciences sectors.
