Responsible for developing and managing all program activity. Bob completed his PhD in Higher Education Administration, with a specialty in curriculum development and custom job training. In 1998 he founded Gateways after 31 years experience in institutional administration and economic development, including substantial fund raising, strategic planning and partnering experience across 31 US States and seven countries. Over the course of his many projects he has raised over $670 million in funding from federal, state, corporate and philanthropic sources.
